I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel; it had a quirky charm with lots of lovely details, and the homemade biscuits and chocolates in the evening were a delightful touch. While the rooms were comfortable, I wish they had larger beds. The service was fairly helpful, especially Mr. Ravi, but I think the staff could use a bit more training to enhance their hospitality. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, though I felt the location was a bit out of the way.
